A National Football League franchise was forced to wait 2 days to capture and process their game day analytics on Parking, Attendance, Merchandise, Food & Beverage, and the overall satisfaction level of the attending fan. This prevented the ability to both respond immediately to customer issues as well as improve the overall sales and functionality of the arena.
The Team needed to be able to see real time data, in an easy to digest format, from their main revenue generating sources. This would ensure they were delivering the optimum fan experience as well as maximizing game day revenue. To achieve this objective, the NFL Franchise chose to utilize Venue Analytics.

Creation and utilization of SMS alerts to immediately notify service reps and VIP Suites when one of their guests has arrived at the venue ensuring they provide the highest level of hospitality.
Realization of real time analytics from all key data sources in the arena delivered to a 64-inch touchscreen digital dashboard in a c-level suite at the stadium.
Enablement of arena employees and officials to track sales in real-time and proactively improve the game day revenue as well as the fan experience.
